Ingredientes:

Tortillas de maíz extra grandes.

Aciento (manteca vegetal o animal).

Pasta de frijol.

Quesillo.

Carne o vegetales para relleno.

Col rayada.

Jitomate.

Aguacate.

Preparación: Untar el aciento en la mitad de la tortilla, cerrarla y esparcir el aciento por la tortilla. Untar pasta de frijol y encima colocar el relleno deseado, además del quesillo y la col. Poner al comal por ambos lados. Servir con jitomate y aguacate por dentro.
