CHICHARRÓN EN SALSA VERDE by eliot
Ingredientes:
Tomate
Cebolla
Ajo
Cilantro
Chiles serranos
Sal y pimienta
Chicharrón
Preparación: Se hierven los tomates junto con la cebolla, el ajo y los chiles serranos. Se muelen y se agrega sal y pimienta junto con el cilantro finamente picado. Se cocina a fuego lento y se añade el chicharrón en trozos, si se desea se pueden añadir nopales.
